1. Unpack & Fold Up: Unpack the mower on a flat surface. Raise and secure the lower and upper handles using the quick-tightening handle knobs (no tools required!).

2. Pop the Wheels On: Align the wheels with your desired cutting height holes (choose from 1.35" to 3.15"). Screw each wheel with the provided axle pins and nuts. (Make sure all 4 wheels are at the same height).

3. Attach Safety Covers: Mount the rear trailing shield into the slots and bolt on the side discharge cover using a simple 10 mm wrench.

4. Position the Pull Cord: Hold the safety bail handle down and slip the starter recoil rope into the rope guide on the handle.

* Keep it Clean: After mowing, clean off grass clippings from the underside of the deck (do not use a pressure washer).

* Off-Season Storage (Winter): If you are storing the mower for more than 30 days during the winter, make sure to drain the fuel tank or run the engine until it stops to prevent gas from clogging the carburetor. Adding a fuel stabilizer is also highly recommended.
