How deep of snow can it handle?

It is designed to clear snow up to approximately 6 inches deep. For best results, clear fresh snow before it becomes heavily packed or icy. The manual specifies a 6-inch plow depth.

The powered auger can throw snow up to 20 feet, depending on snow conditions.

Do 2 SENIX X2 20V batteries can be used at the same time?

No. The snow shovel operates using one 20V X2 battery at a time. The included second battery gives you additional runtime flexibility.

How do I start the snow shovel?

Install the battery, press and hold the safety button, then squeeze the trigger. Once the machine starts, the safety button can be released while continuing to hold the trigger.
