SENIX LAWN RESCUE GIVEAWAY WITH MALIK WASHINGTON
OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
VOID IN GUAM, PUERTO RICO, ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The SENIX Lawn Rescue Giveaway with Malik Washington (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and where prohibited by law) who are physically located therein and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Sponsorship
The Giveaway is sponsored by:
SENIX Tools, Washington Landscaping LLC, and Kujo Yardwear
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, the entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
4. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on March 17, 2026 and ends on April 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the entry form available on the SENIX giveaway landing page.
Entrants must provide:
• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• ZIP code
Lawn Photo Requirement
Entrants located within a 30-mile radius of Lexington, Kentucky must submit a photo of their lawn with their entry.
Entrants located outside the 30-mile radius of Lexington, Kentucky may still enter the Giveaway but are not required to submit a lawn photo and will only be eligible for the Second Prize described below.
Instagram Requirement
To qualify for entry, participants must follow the following Instagram accounts at the time of winner selection:
• @senixtools
• @washingtonlandscapinglex
• @kujoyardwear
Entries from participants who do not follow all three accounts at the time of winner verification may be disqualified.
Entry Limit
Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries submitted using bots or other automated methods may be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules.
6. Prizes
Two (2) winners will be selected.
Grand Prize Winner
The Grand Prize winner must reside within a 30-mile radius of Lexington, Kentucky.
The Grand Prize includes:
• One (1) Lawn Rescue service performed by Malik Washington
• One (1) SENIX X6 Lawn Care Kit, including:
- 60V Self-Propelled Lawn Mower
- 60V Leaf Blower
- 60V String Trimmer
• One (1) Kujo Yardwear Prize Pack, including:
- One pair of Kujo Yard Shoes
- One pair of Kujo Yard Socks
The lawn rescue service will be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date determined by the Sponsor and Malik Washington.
Second Prize Winner
One (1) Second Prize winner will receive:
• One (1) $500 SENIXTools.com digital gift card
The Second Prize may be awarded to a participant located anywhere within the United States who meets the eligibility requirements.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Two winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor after the Entry Period has ended.
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided in the entry form.
Winners must respond within 72 hours of the notification being sent. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding prizes.
8. Media Release and Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering the Giveaway, Entrants grant the Sponsor the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use submitted content, including lawn photos, names, likenesses, and submitted materials, in any media now known or later developed for promotional, marketing, advertising, or other lawful purposes.
The Grand Prize Winner agrees that the lawn rescue service may be filmed, photographed, and recorded by SENIX Tools and its partners for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
The Grand Prize Winner agrees to allow SENIX Tools and its partners to use the resulting content, including video footage, photographs, and likeness, without additional compensation.
9. Terms and Conditions
The Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless SENIX Tools, Kujo Yardwear, Malik Washington, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, incorrect entries, or issues related to the submission process.

12. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
By participating, entrants acknowledge they are providing their information to SENIX Tools and not to Instagram or Facebook.

By entering the Giveaway, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
