Equipped with an 8-inch Oregon® bar and chain and an auto-lubricating system, the CSP4QL-L makes quick work of thick branches, while the included extension pole gives you up to 15 feet of overhead reach — so you can skip the ladder and stay safe on the ground. Run out the existing fuel and replace with new fuel. Use only clean gasoline that’s less than a month old and contains less than 10% ethanol. We recommend using ethanol-free fuel. You can also try priming the engine by pressing the primer bulb 10 times.
There may be too much oil in the crankcase. Drain the oil from the engine and refill using the correct amount of 10W-30 or SAE-30 oil.
Run out the existing fuel and replace with new fuel. Use only clean gasoline that’s less than a month old and contains less than 10% ethanol. We recommend using ethanol-free fuel. Also, check the cutting head for clogged debris and remove if needed. You can also check and replace your air filter to improve engine performance. Check and replace any faulty or fouled spark plugs. Your chain may have insufficient tension. Try readjusting the tensioning gear. Also, replacing or sharpening dull blades can improve cutting performance.
Your chain tension may be too tight. Adjust tension gear to loosen. Consult the “Install the Guide Bar and Chain” section of your product guide to make sure your bar and chain are installed correctly. If the chain or guide bar are demaged, they will need to be replaced. If your drive assembly is damaged, please contact us at senix.support@yatusa.com.

Your chain tension may be too tight. Adjust tension gear to loosen. Check your chain oil reservoir and refill if empty with 10W-30 or SAE-30.
Your pole saw chain blade may be dull. Have it sharpened or replace to improve cutting performance. Make sure the chain is installed correctly and is running in the right direction by consulting your product guide.
